Pay: Starting at $15 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Time Commitment: 5-10 hours a week (Potential for Expansion to 20+ hours a week)

All Ears Digital is a dynamic startup in the pet industry, specializing in ads management, digital content creation and marketing for pet businesses. Our focus is on providing high quality marketing services for pet professionals- particularly in the realm of dog training and behavior.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our team on an hourly/part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in pet businesses, specifically in dog training, possess excellent writing skills, a good eye for graphic design, and be well-versed in various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content calendars for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and email marketing.
- Create engaging and informative content related to dog training, behavior, and pet care.
- Write compelling content that resonate with the client’s target audience.
- Utilize client-provided materials to generate captivating content.
- Schedule and post content on specified platforms.
- Oversee and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the development and writing of client website copy
- Stay informed about industry trends, marketing platforms, and emerging tools.
- Incorporate the latest marketing trends and strategies into content planning.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Background in pet businesses, bonus points for dog training experience and/or Family Dog Mediator Certification
- Understanding of various dog training methodologies and dog behavior.
- Proficient in creating content for social media platforms including still, carousel and reel type posts
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Excellent proof reading skills
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Familiarity with content creation tools and platforms.
- Experience in email marketing and social campaign management.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends.
- Experience with Canva and/or Photoshop is a must.
