Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team on an hourly/part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Develop and coordinate office operations, procedures, and processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Assist with client onboarding.
  • Manage email communication and coordinate projects between staff members when necessary.
  • Maintain and update client databases and records.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and emerging tools to support marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional demeanor- Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software- Google Workspace, Microsoft products, Docusign, Monday, etc…
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proactive
  • Knowledge of the pet and marketing industries is a plus but not required.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting principles is a plus.
